contract to ensure words & numbers are legible, signed

Buyer Agent:

· A
one-time setup charge is required to set up all new client accounts
prior to the start of our first transaction. This includes the setup
of action plans, document uploading, and vendor updates.
· Fees
do not include cost of the transaction management program.
· If
the transaction cancels within 10 days after the contract, the
deposit will be refunded. If after the 11th
day the transaction does not close, the deposit will be
nonrefundable, however, the balance will be waived.
