Listing Coordination

Listing coordination services provide the agent with tools to attract new clients and marketing solutions to move properties. Among the documents that can be created are:

· Prelisting package

· Comparative Marketing Agreement

 If you are in need of new marketing strategies, your assistant can discuss with you both traditional and electronic resources and their benefits, services, and fees (if any).

Online Transaction Management

Our closing transaction management services allow the real estate professional to attain:

· greater control over activities taking place during the transaction

· greater control over the documentation needed to close the sale

Your assistant will be a trusted single point of contact for your clients during the transaction and will skillfully and professionally guide the transaction to completion. Our services may include:

· Collection of required documents

· Communication with escrow and lender

· Ordering appraisals and inspections

· Tracking deadlines, dates, and tasks as set forth in the contract

· Reviewing contract  to ensure words & numbers are legible, signed originals & copies of all documents in the file are uploaded into the Online Transaction Management program.

· Scheduling final walk through

· Sending out closing reminders

Fees

Buyer Agent: $275/transaction

Seller Agent: $275/transaction

Dual agency: $500

· A one-time setup charge is required to set up all new client accounts prior to the start of our first transaction. This includes the setup of action plans, document uploading, and vendor updates.

· Fees do not include cost of the transaction management program.

· If the transaction cancels within 10 days after the contract, the deposit will be refunded.  If after the 11th day the transaction does not close, the deposit will be nonrefundable, however, the balance will be waived.
